As president of Envisions Group, I strive to offer a consistent, dependable, efficient, caring, communication to all our clients. This includes the borrower as well as the industry professionals, such as realtors. We don’t believe that anyone should be left “wondering” what is the status on a file…all interested parties will receive direct and immediate updates. I believe in delivering what is promised and in very simply raising the bar in professionalism and in true customer satisfaction.
We build partnerships and relationships with realtors who also strive to offer the absolute best service possible. We don’t hire regular loan professionals. We very deliberately have selected individuals who will go “beyond” and who understand that this isn’t only a “file” to be dealt with, it is actually a person’s life. We will always offer superior customer service because we actually, truly care.

I moved to New Mexico from Montana 8 years ago with a sales management, marketing and operations management background.
My primary function is to seek out new markets for Envisions Group and to maintain our commitment to customer service. Professional service, accuracy, honesty and promptness is not our original idea, it’s just what we practice.
Mauricio Paez, Certified Loan Originator
As a Certified Loan Officer, who also speaks Spanish, I specialize in assisting bilingual customers find the perfect loan to buy their home. I’m proud of my previous experience in the brokered and signature loan industry in Texas and Florida, but even more excited about coming to Albuquerque to join Envisions.
Customer service appeals to me because getting people into their very own home is so enjoyable. It’s satisfying to know that someone is comfortable and safe with their families, just as I am with my wife, Melissa, and our two children.
